I was greeted almost as soon as I went into the store by a well dressed guy he was very helpful and friendly. it felt like I had known him for years, I think he was the boss he was very confident and seamed honest, I felt I could trust his advise when the mona lisa carpet was installed only one week later all my trust in him paid off as it looks great. I would definitely buy from him again "thanks Baldy"

Had carpet installed to theater step and carpet came apart when vacuumed only two months after installation.
The join in the carpet is in the middle of the step. The joins are only glued.
The are that we are claiming on is a very low traffic area that came apart within months of having the carpet installed. The carpet started to fray and come apart every time it was vacuumed.
After many conversations with Parrys carpets we had a technician come out to our property months later, who concluded that the join on the carpet was in the wrong area, causing a weak point and nothing could be done unless it was replaced.
After contacting Parrys again in regards to the technicians report they advised me that there would be no further action taken by Parrys carpets and I would need to take this matter up with a manager.
I have other problems with joins that are visible and areas where the carpet is too short.
Still have no luck in getting this fixed and problems started last year June.

They tell you they have a "lifetime warranty" on all their installations. nothing but false advertising.
