I have jus had my unit suddenly flood from a blocked pipe due to tree roots. It was 11pm and i am now writing this message just after midnight because i won't sleep with out letting you guys know how amazing the staff at dial up plumbing were. i called obviously quite late on a wet, cold night and was amazed that they were at my property within 30 mins, whilst on the phone, Ben calmed me down, assured me that he was on the way and gave me some advice. He fixed the problem promptly, was curteous and professional. I am also quiet surprised that the call out fee for such a late night was quite reasonable.I would be happy to use Dial up and would recommend them to anybody in need of a good plumber.
