Great wide range of products to choose from, super keen and passionate staff that were willing to help me every step of the way, and also did their best to get me the best price and deal. Zero complaints, very helpful and an overall good experience.

Everything looks absolutely beautiful inside, they have a wide selection of instruments of Guitars (acoustic, electric), Bass guitars and drums (Cymbals, foot pedals, electric kits you name it)

However.

Despite everyhing looking beautiful, organised and having a wide selection,everything is overpriced by about 25-35 percent and once you've bought something you are on your own for repairs, replacements, refunds etc even under ''warranty''.

Alot of beautiful equipment, looks nice in the shop, but overpriced immensly. Don't do it.

The customer service is of poorly quality. Left feeling alone and helpless in my quest for a repair of my Hartke kb15 bass amp that I bought on their online shop on ebay, however after a good 5 minute check from their 'technician' they deemed it fine and without issue. It was not fine, something inside the speaker had blown, rendering the speaker to stop moving like it used to hampering the low end bass response. Because they deemed it ''fine'' I was asked to pay for shipping and technician costs to send the amp out to Hartke for repair. What a joke.

If it weren't so damn pretty and full of choices I would give it one star! Change your workers and management!

Hard to deal with over the phone /online sales, sent out incorrect product, sent to wrong address and never emailed me out a tax invoice and the one I got was a doggie hand written one.. then held onto my money for another 2 weeks when finally they admitted they couldn't sell me what I originally ordered, not efficient,UNORGANISED and not set up properly for a online store, be careful when dealing with this store
