The Cooks Gallery

The PepperPot is 100 time better than at The Cooks Gallery. I found that staff at the PepperPot are friendly and helpful, while Cooks Gallery staff are not. The range at the Cooks Gallery is extensive but over-priced.

I recently visited The Cooks Gallery, although the product range was good, the prices were far from realistic, HUGELY over priced.
I went in to purchase an item that I desperately needed and then browsed through the whole range, and I managed to pick out a few other pricey items that I was going to buy.
Then the elderly shop attendant approached me and started accusing me of noting down the product details so I could somehow have a personal gain from doing this? (I was texting on my phone, discussing via sms where my partner and I could go out for dinner).
The attitude and hostility I felt from this shop attendant, (not asking me if I was noting down details as a general question, but straight up saying "stop writing down the details of the products"), I then proceeded to put down the other items (at a rough cost of $100 give or take), grab the only item that I really needed, then I paid and left the store, never to return again.
You have lost what could have been a great customer, and in a small town like Bendigo, word travels fast.
