I was quite hesitant giving this review as I had this experience 5 years ago but felt necessary to share.

firstly I had a friend gift me the group on voucher which included an in studio photoshoot, hair/makeup & includes a 5 x 7 print

They advised my friend who purchased the voucher for me that I had to bring 3 outfits to change into for the shoot. I was super happy and excited

WELL .....

As soon as I got there it was a disaster & wish there were a 0 star option...

1. I advised I bought my 3 outfits. Both ladies 1 with Red hair said no the coupon is valid for only 1 outfit and the 5 x 7 photo was not included. After back and forth I agreed fine with 1 outfit but that I wasn't purchasing any other photos. She rolled her eyes and stormed off and sent the hair/makeup artist in.

2. Makeup and the hygiene was SO SO bad... She advised the couldnt curl all my hair because there was too much of it that we will simply put half in a ponytail and tuck it under

3. During the shoot red hair lady was snapping the photos. Wouldnt speak or direct me on what to do given that she had already been upset with me not wanting to purchase more photos. I have never felt that much pressure and distress.

4. Upon viewing the images in the viewing room I was left for words... they were all super awful & asked what I wanted to pick as they would be deleted immediately if I made no decision



In order to stand my ground I simply got up and left. Not 1 'complimentary' print as mentioned in the coupon, & I did not waste a cent buying a picture.

I have not been able to attend another photoshoot with any other business since because of this experience.

thanks for nothing. I truly hope they no longer exist.

This is a forceful, dishonest business. Wasted my time and ruined my experience. Please do not make the same mistake as I did.

I brought a deal through their promotion, which have 3 hours photo session, 8x10 print and $200 credit. after the shooting they said, they cant sell me individual print. The smallest package they got is $599, which has 4x6 prints, and the digital copies of them. After I been forced to paid on dot at shooting day, they told me it will take over 4 weeks to get my photos. I request a cancellation next day morning at 10am, due to they have a 24-hour cancellation policy. However, the photographer/the boss said, he will not refund me a cent. They have my prints ready. over 4 weeks now suddenly becomes half day.

very disappointed.

Snake oil salesmen; buyers beware. The hair and makeup and actual photography are OK. They use high pressure sales techniques and make constant references to their 'agency' contacts. They state that they will provide you with said contacts after you've received your $1000+ photos. The packages start at 1k but you will most likely be suckered into paying much more. I have been a professional model for 10 years and they are definitely the most dodgy people I have encountered.
