Staff need training on how to speak to customers and know their products. Was put through to wrong department and then had to repeat myself once again. When I showed my annoyance I was cut off by a very rude staff member that obviously did not like criticism. Listen to your customers!

3 people were brilliant. They were courteous and knew there job. The rest either had no idea and gave incorrect information or were down right rude.
