AAA Lucky Removals

Stay Away from these guys!!!



I have used these guys once before the last move and told myself not to use them again. Unfortunately, I had to use them, as the other removalists booked cancelled last minute due to an accident (so I'm told).



Firstly, they took 5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment; normal amount of furniture you would find in a 1 bedder. Considering it was a hot afternoon, I didn't mind too much and still gave them a tip.



Similar to the last move, they damaged the furniture...hence why I didn't want to use them. This time, the fridge is not working. The fridge was purchased 6 months ago and was in excellent working condition.



I called them and they accept no responsibilities. They argued that the fridge could have been faulty prior to the move, and hung up on me. This fridge was purchased 6 months ago and was in excellent working condition.



It is unprofessional and unacceptable, and I will not be using them again. if you value your belongings, stay away from these guys.

It was an emergency call that I needed to move my stuff coz Williams removalist I booked for 10am didn’t show up We waited almost two hours but so lucky this was available on time within 40 min they already arrived I was so surprised. As soon as the boys arrived they just don’t stop and so careful with your belongings esp with my brand new house. Make sure you ask for these guys (Jerry and Mr Jiang) and give them a tip at the end. Like what we did they worked so hard to save your time.

Had an appalling experience, firstly the movers that came had limited English ability therefore leading to a continuous waste of time and immense frustration. Secondly they were unable to drive the truck into our driveway, and what became the worst display of customer service or even human decency was when these movers decided to simply disappear without giving a single explanation. Just Gone. Meanwhile, I was left standing there waiting, with all our packed boxes and no where to go. Upon realising that the movers had definitely disappeared, we called their office to which a lady (again with limited English skills) finally let us know that the movers refused to do the move (as they couldn't bring the truck in), and that she has no authority to assist in any way. Upon asking for someone who did have the authority, I was refused to be allowed to speak to them. After this dismal experience we were not even told sorry once. Therefore in my eyes AAA Lucky deserves zero stars and I hope that no one else has to go through such a negative experience with them.

I was charged $850 for 5 hrs
I was originall quoted $650
They said the $200 was for ther tip
I stupidly paid it
I regret it now

I used AAA Lucky last month and just had terrible experience.Recklessly damaged my couch and refused to pay for it. They were slow,(did on purpose) they played dumb when I tried to speak to them about certain issues (as English wasn't their first language)

I've used AAA lucky removals a few times and had no problem until the last move a few weeks ago. ( Feb 2014 ) I thought I would use them again as my small moves were fine but this time they lost an expensive mirror of mine and gave it to another customer. I've called and called but they keep playing dumb, one of the guys even pretended to not speak english. lol. I've now taken my complaint to Fair Trading to try to sort this out. The 2 young man who moved me were very sloppy with my furniture and just dropped it all in the lounge room. One guy stood by the truck smoking while my flatmate and myself took things outside to make the move faster. I'm not normally a bitter person but really don't want anybody else to go through what I have over the last few weeks with these removals. I give them ZERO STARS I had to give 1 or couldn't submit.
