Visited The Store Tuesday Around Lunch Time, Have A Trolley, Very Busy, Started Scanning Products, No Shopping Bags Available, So In The Trolley I Put Groceries, Finish Transaction, I Get Given A Garbage Bag, To Put Meat, Fresh Produce, Cat Food, Cat Litter, And Other Items, Then My Daughter Comes Through And The Same, A Garbage Bag,Warrawong Coles Five Minutes Away, Figtree Fifteen Minutes Away I Am Sure Shopping Bags They Would Have Spare, Looked For Store Manager But Was Not On The Front Line Taking It For The Team, What A Shame, Leave It Up To The Staff To Take Matters In There Own Hands!! Hope Your Regional Manager Reads This!! Customer Service! ( WHERE) Shame Shame Shame

friday nite, the young lady in the frezzer section, didnt catch her name but had lovely curly hair- was very welcoming, had a smile on her face and helped me professionally with the cheese dilema i had lol. helped me thoroughly.impressed.
