The owner has an anger management problem. If you’re visiting Berry, please spend your money with the shops that enjoy helping their customers. This one is aggressive and only wants the tourist dollar for their overpriced market wares.

Firstly had to get the sales assistant to stop from empty, after a further 2 phonecalls and another 2 SMS-TEXTS , still havent received any type of communication and or any replacement item sent to me at all this is after another 2 to 3 week period,reading the paper to service me ,then upon the wrong advice that he gave me purchased a crystal necklace that was way too small to put the crystal that i had into it, Due to the fact i lived approx 50Ks away, rang the store and spoke with the owner , who stated that they were only a mother and daughter Franchise, and had no need to use any mod cons etc, but to post item back and i could have either a refund or the right item sent back via post, well approx 3 weeks went by , nothing then i received an plastic Australia Post bag with what was supposed to be my exchanged item , only to find that the envelope had a large hole in it Hence the Plastic Australia Post bag with there enevolpe inside, where is my replacement item that i have paid for and was promised it would be sent tome , This is the BERRY- NSW- STORE- still waiting???? ALSO have sent both the delivered enevolpe bags back to BERRY-STORE,????, no reply as yet,

I often go to the south coast for a week's break and stay at Tomakin. However, I love this shop so much that I happily take the drive (over two hours) to my favourite Berry store. Lovely people, awesome stock, lots of unique items. It's an emporium of delights. The girls are always do welcoming and helpful. I wish I could visit more often.

Very upset with the atrocious customer service i was given.
Purchased a gift for my grandma (firstly was not given a box for the item), my grandma wouldnt use it so i called to ask if we could return it.
Fair enough they did not provide a refund, and due to it being opened (so she could see what it looked like) we couldn't get an exchange either.
Fair enough.
But the pathetic excuse for customer service (being so blunt, happy to hang up and not even giving a slight hint of enjoying her job) completely turned me off this store.
I will never return, and will have to purchase extra baggage for the same price of the item so i can take it home with me on the plane.
