CJ Homes was very convincing of their customer centric and word of mouth approach to businesss; CJ homes processes and service until handover cannot be faulted.
After that dealing with CJ Homes was hands down the worst experience I have had as a consumer with any company in any country in all my life. Effectively the mask of customer based decisions fell away and every decision proved to be a an attempt to cut corners and get by on the barest of efforts with the least expense.
I was a strong and passionate promoter of CJ homes during the consultation, design and construction phase of our transaction. I feel a responsibility to all those that I told to correct this. CJ Homes are not the valiant, value focused builder they pretend to be. If anything goes wrong after handover its a long and arduous battle to get a proper and complete solution. There are still things that were raised in the first month after handover that almost a year down the track are not yet rectified. He's been "following up the trades" you see.
