Rude reception staff, argued over the phone for simply asking some questions and hung up on me. Treated me with hostility as though I was complaining when I was asking for clarification on something. I had no complaint. The staff, Alysha or Aleesha was just rude for no reason, probably because she's sick of people calling. But that's her job.

They cancelled my appointment without consulting me and then just blatantly lied about stuff not being available when they where there just two hours prior to it. Total lack of care when i was really sick...

Never in all my long years have I ever experienced the tortuous internet proceedure now introduced by this clinic in order to seek an appointment to see a doctor. Telephoning is a thing of the past. Not only do you need access to the internet but you must also have a mobile phone capable of receiving a confirmation code. I have both forms of communication readily to hand but what if I was elderly with no acess to either? The answer clearly is "do not bother trying to contact us - go somewhere else". The internet proceedure also requires you to state the complaint being suffered - what security measures within this new booking process are in place to prevent personal details from being exposed to hackers? As it happened my mobile had a flat battery - a not uncommon occurrence since I do not need to have constant connection unlike many who live for this form of instant communication - and so I abandoned my attempt to contact the Berwick Healthcare Clinic and simply telephoned another clinic with whom, today being Saturday, I have an appointment next Monday afternoon. So no guessing where I will be going the next time Ineed to see a doctor.
