I have been dealing with Berwick Volkswagen for the past three years with nothing but terrible service. Do not deal with them. My car was delivered to me with the tie down brackets still lodged in the springs. After two enquirys to remedy the crunching I was experiencing going over speed humps I had to jack the car up and remove them myself. After two complaints to vw aus we received a follow up call, to see how it was all going. Now the car needs a new water pump at 62k two months after the warrantee expires and they won't help in the slightest. They have left us completely in the cold. Do not deal with them. Go somewhere else.
