I called to make my yearly appointment as I have coming here the last 5 years and the Administrative assistant was highly condescending and rude. I simply asked what day and time for an appointment? I was greeted like I was bothering her- with sighing and raising her voice, then after I was belittled- I was told to "calm down" and make an appointment later? Highly unprofessional. Mr.. Gardner the accountant is lovely enough, however to book an appointment via his assistant I would not.
