When hiring a removal service, the biggest dread is damage in anyones mind. Im glad to say that Zoom Removals handled my move from Melbourne to Newcastle with ease and executed the relocation of my furniture flawlessly. Yes, we did arrive a bit later than was promised to us but absolutely nothing was damaged. Great job. Overall a fantastic experience.

I wanted the shift to be done on a Sunday and thought Zoom Removals might make a song and dance about it but no. They understood the urgency, were polite, and did a thoroughly professional job of the packing, the transportation and the unpacking. 5 stars out of 5!

I had occasion to move from Sydney to the Gold Coast and had hired GZ Removals. Oh Boy they were really bad. To save transport costs they had mixed my stuff with that of another customer and end result was such a big mess. This time I hired Zoom Removals and they did such a fantastic job in comparison.

Had a nasty experience with a Removals company a while ago. Zoom Removals in comparison were a pleasure to deal with and their service was impeccable. Only wish I knew of them before my last move.

Couple of year ago I had an experience when I hired a Back loading service to move from Melbourne to Sydney. Bad mistake on my part, we live and learn as they say. They damaged some expensive speakers that was part of a Bose stereo set and the compensation I received was less than a quarter of the cost of replacement. For my return trip back to Melbourne I hired Zoom Removals. They were so different from the basic Backloading service. They were courteous to start with, very efficient and transported everything without damage. Thx Jack for your caring customer service.

Call me picky but I need things to be done just right. I was very glad that Zoom Removals PTY LTD. understood my needs well. They were courteous and their service was 5-Star. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I was recommended to Zoom by my friend and I was told that they were very professional and really friendly. I was a bit hesitant at first as I have had some really bad experiences in the past with other removalists. However Zoom really shone through! The men I had on the day were amazingly quick and professional. Even though I had a lot of stairs and tight corners at my unit block, they were able to overcome any obstacles and make the move go as quick as possible. The prices were really affordable, no hidden fees at the end either which was really good. "

Do not walk away from this company; run away like your life depended on it. Two comedians masquerading as removals men turned up half an hour late, and I thought that they must have been affected by tranquillizers as they were moving so slowly. They were, however, quick to take personal calls all day long at the expense of helping us move. They got lost on the way to the new flat despite my partner leading the way. This was impressive as we were moving to a place only two streets away (2 kilometres max).

Eventually my partner managed to catch one of the men in between hilarious phone calls about an upcoming social event, and asked if they could maybe cut back as time was marching on. The rest of the job was accomplished in sour mood, even after I shared our bottles of mineral water with them and did almost all the heavy lifting myself.

After they left, having taken twice as long as one would reasonably expect, we discovered that a full bottle of Absolut Vodka that had been carefully packed for us to enjoy that night, had gone missing en route. That's the only way these donkeys ever get tipped, I reckon.
