Amazing service from the initial quote to final installation. The after service was just as fantastic, I had a slight problem when the stone bench was being installed after the window and the Avanti boys were straight back to help solve the problem.

Firstly, I am not affiliated, sponsored or employed by these guys. I have been a commercial/industrial property maintenance supervisor for the last 20 years so I deal with a LOT of tradesmen and a LOT of suppliers, and ... I have run the whole gamut from fantastic to terrible. Im a big believer in Attention to Detail - and believe me Im picky.

2x qualities I look out for in any contractor above all else is 1. THEY CARE and 2. THEY TRY. If the product quality is good, then the operational details can be ironed out along the way. Its not a question of everything going perfectly - minor complications usually arise (and if they dont youre lucky) - the crucial question is how people respond when they do.

I replaced half the windows in my own house - I am renovating a 10yo 3 storey place in East Perth. I looked around and found that Avantis frames were above market standard in terms of quality, and about on the mark for price. Typically I assess price after quality.

Adam the account guy was patient and accommodating. He put up with a lot of to-ing and fro-ing on my behalf without a flinch. I am used to slick account guys but the Avanti reps are genuine and helpful, and they apply no follow-up pressure.

This job kicked up a couple of minor issues. One of them had to go "up the line" and Avanti management proved they can walk-the-walk as well as talk-the-talk.

The Avanti installers are also professional, patient and polite. They understand attention to detail and can tolerate quality control. In my experience across-the-board service & quality is rare.

I dont usually rave but am happy to go out of my way to do so if it is deserved. Avanti are not too big to care and not too small to try. Their product is above average and pricing is on the mark.
