Manager was inconsiderate.

Thats all i am saying.

Went to Harbour town for kuch with grandsons. Was very impressed with the service i received from management and two staff members . Found out there names were Rachael. Who was training olivia at the time. Very friendly and warm towards the customers. Well done. I personally called there manager over to inform him of there great friendly service .

My friend and I dropped in after 9pm last night and decided to try the appetising burger displayed on the board. The caption stated something like creating own burger. We lightly commented on the price of $14.90 but definitely not a complaint. The manager stated arrogantly that iincluded table service. We could not believed it when it was put in front of us. It didn't resembled at all like what was offered. Less than half the size and less than half the height of what was on the photo. We just had to take a photo to keep as it was really unbelievable. Never seen such a miniature serve of a burger. This time we complaint as we were very disappointed. We strongly voiced out how unhappy we were. Else where, the manager would have been called in to deal with the situation. The manager would have been aware. The young staff who would have been inexperienced and not fully trained to deal with conflict was left to deal with it. She kept apologising but could not answer any of our questions. On top of that the service was very poor. We had to send it back as they omitted the add on mushroom and had to wait for it again. When checked, there was just specks of unrecognisable thing but could not even taste it as it was very minute. The fries were cold and had to ask for the drink as they forgotten to bring it with the meal. The apple pie was also very dried up. The score we gave was 60% for taste, 20% for service and maybe 50% for value. WIt would have made some difference for us if the manager just made a bit of effort to hear us but did not bother. It was the worst Macca experience we ever had.
