Great Work, Fantastic Customer Service

I would just like to say how professional Northern Rivers Collision Centre were to deal with. My wife had a incident in her car, and the car was towed to Northern Rivers Collision by our insurance company. Darren and his team made my wife feel comfortable with the whole process, they kept her updated, explained what needs to be done and how was going to happen to the car, and generally went well beyond what I had previously experienced with getting panel beating done. Car looks great, service perfect! I hope we never need smash repairs again, but if we do, We will certainly be using Northern Rivers Collision. Thanks Heaps, Dave and Anne.

If you want your car damaged these are the guys,
Went to get roof and roof aerial replaced.
Pick up weeks later interior is damaged and badly scratched were they took interior lights out to get to ariel.
Roof had paint peeled off from them taking tape of to early. Had to get roof sprayed again, finally pick back up 2
More weeks later to find
Thinners spilt on quarter panel eating paint more scratches on my passenger door and windscreen leaked, goes back again weeks later pick up windscreen still leaks try to blame me saying i must of got it replaced. ( never leaked till i took it there ) they took the seals out of windscreen but thats coulnt of been it! Finally get mobile guy to come to home and fix it once and for all, give the roof a wash agter being repsprayed twice to find they have buffed it so roughly it has cut throigh down to primer in 7 spots, one spot so bad paint is flaking off! Can see sanding scratches all
Under the fresh paint due to rushing the job, roof needs to be resprayed for a third time but wont be taking it back there. Cost me $1500 now im left with a damaged roof, damaged interior, damaged quarter panel and a roof that looks like a first week apprentise did the job. I habe never written a review or compained in my life but this was beyond a joke. Have never been taken on a ride as much as this and a weem job took 6 weeeks cost me $1500 and now i have a damaged car and have to pay to get roof done again by another company

These guys are a top notch professional outfit. After another repairer had let me down with some bad customer service. These guys sorted out everything out, in a reasonable amount of time, for a reasonable price. I will definitely use these guys again. Thanks.
