To Eeaccounts: I've recently come across your review regarding the job I completed for you, and I must say that I am disheartened to learn of your dissatisfaction. I value every client's feedback and take it seriously, and I want to address your concerns.

I understand that you feel the job was left unfinished, and communication was lacking. However, I respectfully disagree with the characterisation of the situation. I take pride in my work and strive to complete every job to the best of my ability. In this case, I believe there may be some misunderstanding and miscommunication that led to your perception of the situation.

Started a job then left it unfinished. He was very difficult to get in contact with and made empty promises then had all sorts of excuses as to why he hadn't returned to finish. 6 months later and it's still not finished properly (my gutters leak).
