After checking and finding this company is a stockist of a product I have used for many years, I tried my best to find a contact phone number to confirm before driving some distance, that the product was in fact in stock. There is no way to call the store, I used the 1300 number numerous times, there is no means of contact for the customer to a store!!! For a bricks and mortar business I would expect to be able to speak to some one, that’s pretty poor business practice, how does that engage me, the customer?.
