poor attitude and customer service

Wow theses guys at Blackburn south newsagent are NOT customer friendly. i went in there this morning. Purchased an enveloped at $17.40 and thought that was expensive and not the right size so requested a refund. They declined to give it to me. i refused to leave without the $17.40 and they called the police. Since when did asking for you money back become a criminal offense.
