Blackburn Specialist Centre

The staff here are excellent. The specialist practitioner l see here is also excellent. This is a large healthcare centre yet they no longer put your claim through to Medicare once you pay your bill, usually upfront prior to the service. Even our local GP of only 2 Doctors provide this service. Extremely poor that something that could be done so simply if the management or owner company paid for a comprehensive software program. This is also ageist as not everyone over a certain age can manage to claim from an app or negotiate a computer program. Extremely poor. It would appear the owners/managers of this centre are putting profits before patient service.
