Lack of sympathy

I started with 10 sessions card before joined 3 sessions a week membership just a week before Melbourne goes into the third lockdown. When I enquired if I could pause the membership until lockdown is over, I was denied from the owners as they require a two weeks notice for pausing the membership. When I expressed my disagreement I was accused of nitpicking and it was foreign to them for a customer to be bothered by money. I felt they do not respect how we are all doing it tough with money during COVID and paying for cross-fit is a luxury expense for some people like myself. I was refunded the remaining membership and told I am not a good fit and not to return to the gym (refer screenshot of email).



I won’t recommend CrossFit Blackburn to anyone based on my experience.



No further action is required for the issue as what’s done is done, therefore do not wish for any follow ups from CrossFit Blackburn.
