I had Crown out to replace my hot water tank. They came the next day to install the new tank. Did a good job and gave a good price . I recommend them. With 50 years in the building trade I am happy with all from Crown.

I hired Crown Plumbing after reading their great reviews here. My experience, however, was somewhat different.



I asked them to investigate a gas supply issue at my home. They identified the cause to be the gas regulator which they replaced at a cost of several hundered dollars.



Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem so they suggested I contact my gas supplier to check the gas meter.



My gas supplier sent a plumber to my house who immediately spotted that the wrong gas regulator had been installed by Crown Plumbing. He was shocked to hear what I paid as the gas regulator cost less than $100. He replaced both the incorrect gas regulator and the faulty gas meter.



This fixed the problem and my gas supply was completely restored.



I called Crown Plumbing to request a refund as they had charged me to install an incorrect gas regulator and failed to fix my problem. They told me I was only entitled to a partial refund as I had to pay for their plumbers time. I ended up paying just under half the original charge.



I am still at a loss to understand what I bought for that money.



Needless to say I won’t be using Crown Plumbing again.

Had the guys come out to quote and redo my bathroom. could not have been any happier. So glad I choose to give these guys a go. did not let me down and left them in control of the project from start to finish, they organised all the trades and managed the project. really impressive! there quality of work is just amazing.

The guys did an amazing work! We moved into our new home a year ago and have recently noticed that several drainage's were making some weird noises which the guys sorted out! Also had a bidet installed! They were reasonably priced and very friendly!
