Spent 3 hours at the self service photo kiosk. Take my ticket to counter pay my money. Told can come next day to pick up my photo disk. Return to pick up my photo disk and told that it is locked in cabinet and unable to unlock cabinet to give me. Told come back and try tomorrow. Saw manager on duty, and by this stage I counted at least 5 staff near cabinet, yet no one has another key, no one offered to break the lock, despite having 5 staff members there. I find it hard to believe that such a large company such as Kmart would only have one key to the photographic cabinets. I'm sure the checkout/pay counters would have a few keys handed to various staff. Tip- peoples photos actually mean more to some people than money, they are priceless. Treat peoples photos with the same amount of respect as your company does cash!
This mistake has cost me over $300 to rectify.
Potential customers be carefull and ask if all equipment, storage, keys and staff are all operating correctly.
Begrudgingly I have to give one star but, truly don't even deserve that.
