Maple community services is made out of great management team, amazing support workers who put 100% in their clients to provide fantastic services , great opportunities , great work style , work and life balance . All in one . What else one would need to get in a company as such. I have worked with people with different needs and enjoyed every single bit of it . Our clients are heard on their needs and so as the staff . Management will always be there to help in a very positive manner. Regardless of day it is work doesn’t stop . We can choose our work timings as per our needs and still be in the workforce with great income. Maple is helpful and kind to its clients . They give workers as per the clients need and fit them to their qualifications . I have worked along with nurses , mental health workers, general public who are into disability work or age care workers . All are given opportunities and paid as per their knowledge . We always get promotion in this company when we work hard . This company is a family to me and you can’t be wrong or negative to work with them . All staff is energetic and work with passion as they have so much motivation built in us to reach our goals . I have worked and had fun taking my clients for lunch dinner or breakfast . Take them to parks or zoo or movies it’s fun for clients and carers both . We can bring our creativity to this work and make it one . We are one and together we are progressing each day with this company . Clients are heard on their request and demands straight away from management. No one is disappointed. I would give 100% to the company and their services they are doing such an amazing work in the community even during COVID times . Thanks heaps

I have worked for Maple for 2 years now and I have throughly enjoyed every minutes of it . They are a very caring company who are very supportive to their clients as well as their staff. We are one big family and I love going to work. I have worked for a few similar companies but have never been more supported by my team leaders then I am now .

I haven’t met a team more dedicated to the health, safety, comfort and happiness of its clients quite like Maple Community Services and I’ve worked for many companies. I can’t see myself working for another company anymore as Maple made me feel right at home. They go above and beyond for their participants and staff and are always diligent, understanding and caring.
