Plumbing Blacktown

I had a terrible experience with this plumber. Mark was used by a real estate agent for the property above mine. Mark had installed the wrong jumper valves which caused significant disruptive noise in my apartment. I liaised with Mark to solve and fix the problem, he attended the site to investigate, refused to admit fault and completely discredited the severity of the noise issue despite my proof. I complained to strata and the strata plumber identified and fixed the issue. I found Mark to be very rude, arrogant, unprofessional and there is no way I’d recommend his service to someone. Avoid avoid avoid.

Mark and Exceptional Plumbing are my first port of call and even when it is an Emerency Mark finds a way to accomodate . He is a very polite and prefessional man not the rude person described in some reviews here and I doubt any of the 1 star reviews here are genuine if they are they are NOT reviewing Mark and Exceptional Plumbing Co whose location is actually Toongabbie now. If I could I would give him 10 out of 5 Stars yes he is that good and honest and professional,

This is a very good plumber: they turn up on time, they know what they are doing, they are cheerful, polite and considerate; and their fee is about half what I expected!



I think we can ignore the haters who have posted here: I suspect they are fake news from their competitors :-)

He has fixed our toilet problem ( Thank you for that ) but he didn't even explain at all and then tried to leave my home.

Of course, I needed to get explanation so I asked him what was the problem and then what he has done. He finally did explain but he wasn't happy to explain.

He didn't look like he was rushing for next appointment ( even yes, he had to explain. ), something " his problem ".

His attitude wasn't acceptable as he was very rude. I will not use this plumbing service anymore!!

We have been using Exceptional Plumbing as our regular plumber for our property management department for years. Mark really knows his job very well and is fantastic at what he does. Very reliable & professional plumber.

agreed, very rude, I'm no expert, but the toilet flush was working fine, then it wasn't after they replaced some stuff, and apparently its not his fault. Avoid

Mark is truly an exceptional plumber and more importantly an exceptional person. He is always the first person I call and can't recommend highly enough. 6 out of 5 stars.

I am sad to say that I have used this guy as well and I was very disappointed. Whilst Mark may be okay at digging trenches and laying pipes, his standard of workmanship is very poor. I would say "bodge job" describes it best. I am still fixing his poor workmanship 3 years later...nothing cut straight, continuous new leaks and badly fitted hardware. Some will involve removing tiles to get at the mess.

I also found him rude and sarcastic.
