Do not deal with this company under any circumstances.

Contacted them on Thursday and made an appointment for service call on Friday to repair my printer.

Arrived on Friday morning as arranged, service man said he had to take machine away and would be fixed and returned on following Monday. Rang company on Tuesday morning and was told it would be fixed by Wednesday. They rang and then said it would be Friday before it would be repaired.

They came Friday and installed machine at a cost more than buying a new printer.

The technician did not have an Eftpos machine and would not take a personal cheque.

I gave him my card details, on checking my bank statement he charged me 25% more than he quoted.

Terrible Service.

We called early yesterday morning to make a booking and were told we'd have a service tech out to site the same day, several hours later we called back to see what time (because they hadn't showed up) and were told that the service technician would call to confirm the time, that never happened.
We again tried to call at around 4pm and left a message on their answering machine to find out if they were coming or not, never heard back.
Called again this morning to find out if they're coming, got onto some guy who answered the call but the phone dropped out, he never called back.

Found another company this morning who couldn't get out here today because they're super busy but they've booked me in for tomorrow.

Extrememly poor service & public relations. AVOID!

Avoid this repair. Very poor service and repair quality and extremely slow.
