They are scammers who will not leave me alone! They submitted my personal TAX without my consent. They forcefully replaced my current tax agent with themselves. This has happened on two separate occasions! They will even take a fee/cut when they are not authorized to be my tax agent! Stay away from these criminals!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY DON'T REPLY, THEY DON'T ANSWER QUESTIONS, OR HELP. THEY FINALLY TOLD ME I GAD TO COME IN TO A OFFICE TO FINISH (I'm on a tropical Island) I SAID THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE. THEY KEPT SENDING ME "CLICK HERE AND FINALISE" TAB. BUT I NEVER DID. AS SOON AS I BLOCKED THEM THEY SENT BACK A EMAIL SAYING THEY HAVE PROCESSED MY RETURN. I DIDN'T AUTHORISE this but they went BEHIND my BACK and DID SO.
I HAD ANOTHER ACCOUNTANT HELPING ME (That only took 4 days).
This company does not look after your best interests.

Please note, for every 1 star review for this company, 2x fake 5 star reviews are posted. This company is a scam operation. Taking whole tax returns through charging “fees”. Estimated fees of 40-80 dollars, then charging $500 plus in fees for middle-low income earners with almost no tax deductions. Call centre is operated in the Philippines, with often claims of being hung up on and multiple hour long call times. This company also submits your claims without approval, I would recommend contacting the ATO to remove all permissions they have over your accounts. If you read the terms and conditions of submitting your tax return through this company, you will notice that they can change your details without your prior knowledge. Giving this company your details will induce the headache of being spammed with their promotional email, text messages and phone calls. In which is also stated in their t&c’s, they can send 2 of each a day (two promotional emails, two text messages and 2 phone calls all in the same day).
