I don’t even know where to start.

I have lost count of all of the confusion and miscommunication that occurs at this vet. Reception staff are either not passing on messages to the vets or the vets just do not care.

The amount of times I have attempted to put my two dogs into my name at the vet is more than 5. My dogs were placed under a different name for some unknown reason so every time I tried to make an appointment my dogs files were not able to be found. This became an impossible mission when we moved and tried to have our dogs info moved to our new vet. The other thing that troubles me is the amount of staff members you deal with. The vets you see are no consistent, or they’ve left the practice when you ask for them. Same with the reception staff. You are never speaking with the same person so information is not getting passed on. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
