Richmond branch service and repair is useless - avoid like the plague. Had my bike four months and still not fixed. Tried to tell me a functioning rear view mirror is 'cosmetic'. Routinely quoting 4 weeks for parts. Had to follow up myself with the manufacturer (advice from Consumer Affairs) and found out maximum time is 2 weeks FROM JAPAN! Delaying tactics, lies, promises of call backs that never came. Inferior workmanship. Pretty much the worst I've come across. Shame Bills and Kawasaki has put their name to these cowboys.
