This firm would have to be one of the worst I have dealt with. They insisted I agree to pay an sizeable charge when the service was through Harvey Norman Customer Care, whom they are obviously contractors.

They were able to book in repairs to my Mum's fridge at short notice ... when Angelo arrived he was fast, friendly and sorted out the problem for my Mum. A great person.

Samsung sent Sydney Appliance Service as there authorised repairer to fix my fridge. They came next day. Up the Blue Mountains. 20 minutes, fixed and no charge. Brilliant service.
