My sons computer got damaged late last week and was very important to get fixed before Monday as all his schoolwork is on it and Try Terra came to the party.

Joel was great his service fantastic and the computer was fixed same day. It's hard to find that service on a Saturday.

Avoid getting anything fixed here!! We thought we should support a local business and dropped a laptop to be fixed. I can write a very long story, as it took 6 months for us to get a resolution to our computer problem. But in a nutshell - 6 months of following up about the status of the computer and at the end we were in a worse position then when we started. I wish we checked google reviews before we dropped our computer at this store. Don't make the same mistake we have made.

put a laptop in for repair in April after constantly having to chase up progress well in June was told it was beyond repair but could sell me another laptop. Took it to anohter shop who said the fault was fairly common and that it would be fixed within a day, they commented that they believe that the hard drive has been swapped out as the one in it is not for that model of laptop and that it was really poorly taken apart, obviously we cant prove the issue about the hard drive but either way try and support local business and this is what u get.

Store owner is not to be trusted. After asking for one thing he tried to sell me a service I did not ask for. When I picked up my computer it did not work at all despite working when I left it with the store. The owner then abused me in front of my child. Police were called.

I have had occasion to visit several times, repair and purchase and have had friendly and constructive advice. I have purchased a reconditioned computer which has proved to be a buy. I would always make this my first call for any repairs, purchases or advice.

Joel jetlagged and literally having stepped off a plane on Monday afternoon started work on Monday evening on my totally crashed PC which I desperately needed to run my business. He provided me with a super fast replacement PC which he delivered to my office late Wednesday evening with all my programs reinstalled and faster than I could ever imagine my PC could function. His Masters in Computer Science was demonstrated in the high level of knowledge and expertise he showed, and he understood the urgency of getting everything running again quickly. I could not fault his service and would recommend him to anyone with computer issues. I no longer fear computer breakdowns.
