For socks undies and work shirts for a week they try to tell you 2 it’s enoufh for 2 loads even though I’ve washed the same in one load for 10yrs. Just trying to rip you off. Bad customer service and I wouldn’t recommend going here even if it was free

TERRIBLE!
I took in a 5.5kg bag of assorted whites (sheet, towel, bathmat, tshirts) and they tried to charge me $34.50 claiming it was 3 loads + an extra $10 to dry the "rug" (Bathmat). I complained and questioned how it could possibly be 3 loads - I even took all my folded washing out of my bag and put it into one of their washing machines to prove that it was 1 load (it did fit, with room to spare), maybe 2 at the ABSOLUTE maximum. But there's NO WAY it was 3 loads.
Please go somewhere else. Don't support this kind of crappy service and surprise excessive charging
