Falkingham's Shoe Repairs

After checking my shoes once home I noticed 2 small gashes on the leather that was not there before.

The manager refused to look at them and denied any culpability without even looking them

and put the blame on me.

Extremely poor customer service

THE ONLY place in sydney to take your handbag or beloved shoes for repair. Every time I come here I marvel at the workmanship. Today i brought in an expensive handbag that id accidentally ripped the hardware off. The repair/stitching is undetectable.
