Always very friendly staff. Warm and welcoming environment, well stocked with products from major brands. Weekly doing a shopping there for my business.

Ive been in the Beauty industry for the last 15 years and Ive never experienced such horrendous customer service. While you wait at the counter to pay, they continue to go about their jobs or chat to each other. Dont even think about asking them a question as them a question about a brand (not a recomendation) as they will shut you down! Ill take all my hair and makeup business elsewhere..
