I had my hair cut and coloured here a few weeks ago. The french lady and guy who I think was the owner were working and were very friendly and helpful. The french lady cut and coloured my hair was very fast and professional. She had good suggestions and cut my hair exactly as I had wanted. Loved the colour I got based on her colour suggestion and the price was really good. They had an introductory offer in their window. I went back a couple of weeks later to get a fringe trim and they only charged me $10. Both times they were able to help me on the spot but I willdefinitelymake an appointment there again. They offered me a drink too, but I just wanted some water so they got me one a glass of water. Good magazine selection to look at too.

I had the rudest experience ever from this hairdresser! Walking past today and saw it was completely empty so I went in and asked the cost of having a light trim. The guy behind the counter gave me a sneering look and said he couldn't possibly trim my hair dry as it just "wasn't worth his while" for someone with "hair like mine"! I have shoulder length, thick hair which is regularly trimmed and was neatly dressed so I have no idea why I was subjected to this humiliating and rude reply and I now understand why the place was empty - customers not welcome!!
