Ampol Bribie Island

This is the only car Hire on the island - customers purchasing petrol are served first, to the point it took over 30 minutes to complete the simple paperwork. For $79 I got an old Hyundai Getz, that had sand throughout, a dirty windscreen, a flat tyre, and rubbish on the back seat. I was not told of the 25c per kilometre extra charge until I returned the car, although was offered to view the camera footage of the supposed conversation, although this could not be viewed until the following afternoon when I would have left the island. Extremely rude when I pointed out that I had not been told about the charge per kilometre. Would never ever go to this service station anything again.

Wife had car troubles while i was away from home, Car had a bad Vibration, turned out to be Tyres worn to point of being dangerous, they happily dropped my wife off to Shops while they fixed the car & picked her up when it was ready, plus it was a very reasonable price. Great team, excellent service, will be using these guys Lots more. Thankyou Caltex Bribie island.

I went to Caltex for what should have been a simple air-conditioner gas refill instead it turned into an nightmare. Three separate visits and $900 later I will never ever go to Caltex for anything, not even to get fuel. Don't waste your time or your money, and even know I am still have issues with my car. Useless mechanic.
