BeGone Cosmetic Medical Clinic - Laser Tattoo Removal

I have been coming to Nurse Caitlin for years. Always fantastic, friendly service. She is very knowledge and skilled. I cannot recommend her enough. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The doctor performing the tattoo removal was friendly and professional, however my last appointment (number 6) was cancelled and I didn't find out until I got there. When I walked in I said I have an appointment with dr.... and she called me by name and said we tried calling you to tell its been cancelled but couldn't get you. They were expecting me in that morning and no one tried calling me that morning. It was an hour and half round trip for me covered in expensive numbing cream. The Admin Manager called today and offered an apology and a 10% discount. At $300 per session (A total cost of 3000-4000 for the full removal) they offered me $30 off. The discount didn't cover the cost of the cream or fuel i used to get there. When I told her that she said well I cant do anything about it and recommended I take my business elsewhere. So I will. Really poor administration. Really poor customer service.
