Katie made everything so easy and was extremely helpful.

This is our first time building and I honestly had no idea where to start.

Not only did Katie listen to our wants, she offered great suggestions and solutions.

I went to the Myaree store today to pick up my orders. Not a huge order but just 4 boxes of wall tiles.
As I have an injured foot and cannot even walk properly, I required their assistance to load the boxes to my vehicle.

Their male staff had already left early but the female staff advised me they cannot lift boxes due to company policy. I was asked to come back the next day but in my opinion it is just a waste of time because I am already at the store. Although there were another 2 female staff in the store I was not offered any assistance at all. I have to load all 4 boxes into my 4WD myself.

I am totally unimpressed with the quality of service I received today. The least they can do is for all the female staff present to assist me with lifting the boxes. i.e 8 hands are stronger than my own 2 hands with weight bearing on 1 foot !

I have purchased from this store previously when building through Granny Flats WA and this time it is for my son's house.

Imagine, if some of the staff if not all, had volunteered to help me today, I would have left with such a good impression that this could have been a 5 STAR review. Sadly, it is the total opposite.
