At the register the price charged was 2.5 times the advertised price on the shelf. I questioned this but the manager said it wasn't his mistake, not his problem. I think the manager should have honoured the price he advertised his goods at, but was more upset by his 'don't care' attitude.

I have never experienced such awful customer service. Manager was so rude and staff are uninformed about their products. Will never return. This place deserves no stars.

I have just had the most unpleasant experience at this shop and after 11 years of patronage I will now NEVER return. Rude and arrogant owner refused a refund , docket in hand. Items bought in the understanding the matching ones would be in stock, which never happened. Obviously I do not require the items now....
