Guy had to be reminded what job he had already been to see what was wrong with our Pyrox as he said he forgotten. When we called him again to ask him had he called supply for spare parts he said he made mobile numbers to all staff in Mitcham branch but the were too busy too answer and short staffed. Called number for Mitcham was re directed to head office in South Australia. Danny answered. Talked about part required in stock as on line EBay $88. Only free Delivery. Rang Guy again told him. He said ok I now have an elderly lady near u who has same issue and will go to Mitcham today to get parts for both of u. HAD HIS THUMB OBER PART CHARGE. I ASKED HIM WHATS THAT EXTRA $200 CHARGE. I SAID I spoke to head office and saw price on EBay. Guy said well you are buying part from me now! He originally said $400 then he asked for $450 cask ok I said but you are charing too much specially for pensioners. I was wondering why no reviews just one so called good one. I hope the elderly locally does not get over charges. He charges $284 for a service also. Sorry guy but pensioners cannot afford you or to be cold.

For the past ten years Guy Hyde has been my gas fitter and there are reasons I continue to request his service. He knows his stuff, he is friendly and reliable, I feel confident with his skill and knowledge. I would have no hesitation to recommend him to others and in fact, he is recommended when locals post on Facebook, seeking recommendations for a gas fitter.

I have dealt with Guy many times over the last 15 years, for repairs and maintenance on an aging Brivis ducted heating system, repairs to hot water and gas Ultimate heater. He has always been on time, does an excellent job, and charges reasonable rates. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Eastern suburbs.

Extremely rude and dangerous. Guy sped up to close my merging space. Nearly caused accident. We meet at next lights. He said he did it because he didn't want me in front of him. VIP apparently. What a disgusting person. Business will be the same
