Strata Care are currently managing the complex I live in and I just want to say they are amazing. Whenever I have a problem they are onto it so quickly. There staff are really friendly and helpful as well which has not been the case with previous body corporate company's I've had to deal with

I live in a Strata Care managed apartment complex. My words cannot convey their ineptitude in handling our buildings day to day running. Our intercoms are broken and they've been 'fixing' them for over 6 months so that means you can't have anything delivered as the UPS/Aus post workers press your button and think you'renot home. The emergency exit lighting doesn't work just a dark stairwell, god help us if there is a fire. The driveway security roller door is permanently up and open letting anyone in. They won't even give access to water meters, not to mention all the fire codes I'm sure they're breaking with no functioning lighting in the stairwells. Calls, emails, messages, threats of me moving. THEY DON'T CARE. Just "I'm working on that" in a rude tone.
