They responded to my request for emergency repair within the hour. And the also fixed the problem so we have hot water again. Plus they check over my 12 year old system to make sure it can still keep going.

I was told they would attend to the job early in the week. I left it until the following Monday and then rang again to find out what was going on but there was no answer and so I left a message. I did not receive a reply of any sort and so I am now I am a week behind and forced to go elsewhere. When I ring for a tradesman I would rather be told that they can't do do the job for what ever reason rather than muck me around.

I needed a hot water system replaced in hurry, Rob did the job quickly and without fuss. He did a great job and cleaned up his mess. He used his experience and knowledge to make the job better than it was originally installed. Now we have a new hot water system that works better than ever. Reasonable rates and quality workmanship make him my preferred plumber from now on. Thanks Rob.
