Weeks to get a quote after promising it. Given go agead to proceed and request start date... 3 weeks still no communication after many attempts to contact.

Requested for an estimate for a commercial laundry plumbing works. It was mentioned that an estimate will be provided in 3 days and even after 4 weeks ,did not receive an estimate. Made multiple followup calls and emails. One of the worst in terms of customer service and wouldnt recommend to anyone.
