Absolutely outstanding experience with Halogen DJ Company! We hired equipment for our event and everything—from the sound system to the lighting—was top-tier quality. The setup was seamless, the equipment was in excellent condition, and it elevated the whole atmosphere of the night.



The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and friendly throughout the process. Their customer service really stood out—they made everything so easy and stress-free.

I took my CDJ to Halogen to repair a fault. They claimed they couldn't find a fault and as yet have not returned my CD player. It's been over 3 weeks. They have been evasive and dishonest. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Firstly I’d like to say that I feel as if the Dry ice machine was perfect for my mate's wedding, it created a beautiful effect and I am very happy with it. The customer service team was super friendly and guided me through the entire booking process with precision. They knew that it was a suprise planned for my mates and made it as simple as possible.

The equipment was highly maintained and did not let us down, all in all I feel that Halogen DJ’s are the best and every time I hire from them I am not disappointed.

We hired one of their DJs for a formal function of 150 people and he was a no show. It left me in an embarrassing position when I had to tell the guests there was no entertainment.
I would have called to see where he was but they dont give the allocated DJs mobile number out so you cant contact them to find out what is happening. I had to call the company the next day to find out what happened and found that they had booked him in for the wrong night although my paperwork clearly showed the date of the function. They didnt even give me a courtesy call when they discovered the error.
They also incorrectly quoted me because they didnt realise the location of the function, although we did tell them. We also were told that they only take cash, which is bad for a corporate gig because you cant get your company to pay them directly.
Overall, poor experience from an amateur service that resulted in embarrassment. Didnt even see a DJ.
