I purchased a boxing bag and stand from these people.

As soon as it was opened it was clear it was faulty. I sent a photo and they accepted it was faulty.

They said the damage is minimal and I should accept it. I said it's leaning to one side and will fall without even hitting it. Completely unusable. Finally, they said to give them time and they would exchange it.

4 weeks pass and no contact. I contacted them and asked what was happening.

They now said they couldn't exchange and I should accept it.

I said not please pick it up and give me a refund. They said they need another month to do this.

A month passes and I have to contact them again and they say they are not picking it up.

I lodge a claim with eBay and eBays says they understand I was told to wait but it has passed the time that they can get involved.

I lodge a claim with paypal.

They don't respond for 3 weeks and then they say they were waiting for me to pick it up. I said rubbish it's been here waiting and sent proof of their lies.

They said okay they'll pick it up but wanted another month to do it.

I escalated the claim and they say the buyer needs to send back because not happy with the item and needs to be returned in perfect condition to provide refund.

How when it arrived faulty and I send the photo to you in May when it was opened??

Mid-August now and now filing fraud with the credit card as these people are professional fraudsters and know every loop hole to cheat unsuspecting buyers.

The volume of complaints and negative feedback on Google has had them remove themselves from that platform.

Avoid at all costs!

To give some context, I order 200kg of weight plates at the beginning of the lockdown, it's a lot for one order so I wasn't expected it to arrive early. What wasn't expected is for these people to cancel my order outright, wasn't even asked for that, tell me becase their warehouse was lockdowned, said they don't have enough staff member and couldn't sent out my order even though the delivery status was switched to sent. Before that they said they have to allocate human resources to fulfill order so they can't answer email, as if they ask Karen from customer service to operate a forklift, just a technique to denies service. This business hold my money for 3 weeks, have no intention of deliver any product and outright lie to customer. After that turn a complete 180 and sold everything for double the price, that just one day after they said they can't fulfil my order, manipulation at it finest. I understand everyone is price gouging, but you don't have the right to hold people money lie to them about deliver something you have no intention of sending, cancel it turn your back and charge outrageous rate. That destroy any trust people will have with your company.



Tl dr: Shady business, don't buy from them.
