      Don’t go near them with a barge pole

      Batteries installed December 22, inspector finally came January 21. Inspector advised us the batteries were faulty. Spent hours on the phone pressing buttons on the batteries, hubby took time off work to do the same. Installers returned and said batteries were faulty. Still no word from sunbank solar. Office staff are incapable of dealing with any problems. Just want my money back.
