very bad sale reps on Saturday the 10 november 2014 i was ignored for over 30mins waiting to be served the sale reps were all chinese I was ignored.. when there chineses mates came in they were served right away why I was still waiting .. near an hr later I was served then was was told my photo id was not good enough because the L in my name looks like an i despite the fact that I used the same id last year and had no problem along with my bark card and concession card they also seen i had an account with them ... it was reverse racism...... needs new staff that treat all races equally.....i am disgusted and so are the people I told about it .I am aussie being treated like that in my home land is a disgrace
