Black Bow Chauffeur

I booked a car from BNE airport to the Gold Coast. I had a change in flight (as often happens with travel), they kept 30% as an 'admin' cancellation fee (they retained more than $100) despite the trip being more than 1 month out. Disgraceful and completely unworkable for a company that is supposed to deal with airport transfers. Will never use them, so they've lost a lot of future business from us.

After a horrible delays due to flight cancellations the staff were so accommodating with us having to push back our arrival times again and again! When we finally made it to our detention our driver was so lovely and made us feel relaxed immediately after a very stressful day. Thankyou so much!
