Enquired about a vacuum product, Hannaford’s said they would ring me with a quote, no phone call after 5 days, called into their shop in Braeside, was told product not available, queried why no phone, Frank ( staff) was apologetic.

Annoyed and frustrated, as I had gone out of my way to go to Braeside.

This is simple customer service gone wrong!
